Joseph Hoxie started Hoxie Law because he wanted to do things differently.
After more than a decade working on personal injury and insurance cases, Joseph saw how frustrating the process can feel for people who are already dealing with one of the hardest moments of their life. Joseph has spent his career representing injured people and their families in a wide range of personal injury cases. He began his career working on the defense side, where he learned how insurance companies and defense teams evaluate and fight claims. Today, he uses that experience to help his own clients from the first call through settlement, litigation, and, when needed, appeal.
Since passing the bar in 2016, Joseph has helped recover millions of dollars for hundreds of people and families. But for him, the work has never just been about numbers. His clients are personal to him. They are people with families, jobs, stress, questions, and real lives that have been disrupted.
Joseph was born in Los Angeles and has lived in places ranging from fast-paced cities like Las Vegas to close-knit communities like Maricopa, Arizona and Shaker Heights, Ohio. Those experiences shaped the way he connects with people from all walks of life.
He is also a proud Arizona State University graduate. Go Devils. After ASU, he completed law school in two and a half years and passed the bar in February 2016.
When Joseph is not fighting for clients, he is usually with his wife, Jessica, and their two sons, Joseph Jr. and Jack. Family is a huge part of his life, and it is also a big part of how he runs his firm. He believes people deserve to be treated with care, honesty, and urgency, especially after an injury.
