How long do I have to file a personal injury claim in Arizona?
Arizona’s statute of limitations for most personal injury claims is two years from the date of the injury (A.R.S. § 12-542). Wrongful death claims also carry a two-year deadline from the date of death. Some exceptions may apply, so contact an attorney as soon as possible to protect your rights.

What should I do if I’m the victim of a hit and run in Arizona?
